As your builder, we will consult with you in the development of a design that suits your building site and lifestyle. from the development permit stage to post occupancy warranty, our experienced team and select trades will work together with you to execute your design vision and custom specifications. Our process combines one-on-one consultations throughout the various stages of construction. As a certified member of tarion, we conform to Ontario’s mandatory warranty legislation requirements.
Finding that perfect lot is one of the most important decisions you will make. We will work closely with local Real Estate Agents to assist you to ensure your lifestyle needs are met.
You will meet with one of our architects to discuss room layout and functionality. Preparing for the meeting we ask you to make a wish list to ensure your dream home becomes reality.
After your home is designed and specifications, we provide you with a fixed price to build your new home. This price will not change unless you decide to make modifications. You are in complete control as nothing is done without your consent. If you are pleased with drawings and pricing we will proceed with the signing of contract in which we continue to the next steps.
Your home starts to have with our Interior Design Consultant (hours may vary per home). Please set aside time to choose your selections and or upgrades at our various suppliers.
Construction of your new home begins as you are finalizing your selections. The construction process unfolds in five main stages: Excavation and Foundation, framing, drywall, painting and finshing. There is nothing quite Like watching your custom home take shape, inside and out.
Receiving the keys to your new home is a big moment. At this time Evola Builders will meet you at your home and present you with your keys.
